ROSEVILLE – A Roseville man is facing a mandatory life-in-prison sentence for sexually assaulting three victims, some as young as 5, over eight years, according to a release from the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office.

Adam Michael Kennedy, 33, pleaded guilty to three felonies April 30, including rape of a victim younger than 10, a first-degree felony; pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a second-degree felony; and gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.

The charges stem from two cases and three minor victims between December 2018 and January 2026.

The victims were identified following tips and disclosures at local children advocacy centers. Additionally, multiple photos of child sexual abuse were found on his phone, release stated.

Kennedy’s guilty pleas are part of an agreement where 12 other charges could be dismissed during a future sentencing hearing, including other counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, gross sexual imposition, rape and attempted rape.

His sentencing had not been scheduled as of April 30, according to the court docket.

Kennedy’s rape offense comes with life-in-prison terms but also parole eligibility after 15 years. The pandering count will come with between two and eight years and 12 to 60 months for gross sexual imposition.

Kennedy has been held in the Muskingum County Jail on a combined $750,000 bond across the two cases.
