A man was hospitalized following a stabbing at Eva Dell Park in Victorville on Wednesday evening, law enforcement officials said.
The attack unfolded about 7:30 p.m. March 25 at the park in the 15700 block of First Street, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in a written statement. It was being investigated as an attempted murder.
“Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male suffering from an injury consistent with a stabbing,” the statement said. “[He] was transported to a hospital for medical treatment.”
An update on the victim’s condition was not available. No arrests were made.
No further details, including a suspect description or motive, were released.
