Stockton father, rapper and gang member, Luciano Guerrero, who threw a birthday party last November for his daughter that ended in a mass shooting, was released from jail Tuesday.
Guerrero, 22, who performs as Nano and is a member of the Asian Boyz and Muddy Boyz gangs admitted to his parole violation during his hearing Monday, March 16.
San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Heather Brent confirmed Tuesday that Guerrero had been released from jail on time served.
San Joaquin County Judge Chrishna Martinez told Guerrero he would have ankle monitors placed on him and he had to report to pretrial monitoring upon his release.
Deputy District Attorney Patricia Horner asked the judge for a clause in probation that barred Guerrero from having any known association with any gang members – specifically gang member Billy Williams, who performs as Fly Boy Dougy.
Guerrero’s public defender Phillip Krueger told the judge that Williams is the client’s brother-in-law and asked if the order would be amenable.
Martinez said denied the request and ordered Guerrero to say at least 100 yards away from any known gang members, including Williams.
Williams and Guerrero were arrested on parole violations following the mass shooting on Nov. 29, 2025.
Guerrero and the mother of his 2-year-old daughter threw a birthday party at a banquet hall in the 1900 block of Lucile Avenue on Nov. 29, 2025.
The party ended with three children and an adult dead. Thirteen others were injured.
On Dec. 1, 2025, Guerrero, who was on parole for prior offenses, was arrested on suspicion of gang participation and association.
As part of Guerrero’s parole conditions for his prior offenses, he was ordered not to contact or associate with members of disruptive gangs, prison gangs or street gangs. Law enforcement said they saw the rapper with a Flyboys member at the birthday party for his daughter, according to court documents.
Authorities said several gang members were present during the shooting. GPS data showed Guerrero spent five-and-a-half hours at the scene and 23 minutes across the street.
In December 2025, Williams admitted to his parole violation after attending the party and was ordered to serve jail time.
Guerrero and Williams are out of custody as of March 17.
Brent said as of March 17, there have not been any new updates regarding the mass shooting that left Journey Rose Reotutar Guerrero, 8; Maya Lupian, 8; Amari Peterson, 14; and Susano Archuleta, 21, dead.
In February, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office announced the recovery of two vehicles of interest believed to be connected to the Stockton mass shooting. Investigators released photos of a white Honda Accord and a gray Volkswagen that the office said were used in the mass shooting. The vehicles were processed for evidence and deputies collected DNA samples for comparison, sheriff’s officials said.
No further updates regarding information related to the vehicles or the mass shooting have been released.
