This weekend marks the end of the boys swimming and diving season, as the best in New York gather in hopes of one final trip to the podium.
Section V will be well-represented, with dozens of local swimmers set to compete.
Preliminary races and the diving championships take place on Friday, while final races are Saturday. All events are held at Ithaca College.
Section V has not won an event at states since 2023, when Pittsford’s 200 medley relay claimed the title. The last individual winner was also from Pittsford, when the Panthers’ Daley Fraser won the diving title in 2022.
