Millions are in the path of a powerful coastal storm bearing down on the Northeast.

A blizzard warning remains in effect through late Monday, Feb. 23, for New York City and much of the region as the system drops several feet of snow.

Gov. Kathy Hochul declared a state of emergency and deployed the New York National Guard, while Mayor Zohran Mamdani imposed a travel ban through 9 a.m. and canceled school across New York City.
