They were:
∎ Three agricultural properties — amounting to 26.8 acres — on Poorman Street SW in Tuscarawas Township were transferred for $1,657,260 to the Poorman Land Holding LLC, which has a Sugar Creek Township address listed on property records.
∎ A 50-acre agricultural property along Alabama Avenue SW in Tuscarawas Township was sold for $1.2 million.
The property transfers cover Jan. 24 to Jan. 30.
