A “No Kings” kick off rally is planned Oct. 17 in Ravenna, followed by a rally Oct. 18 in Kent.
The Ravenna rally will run 4 to 6 p.m. at the Ravenna Courthouse Lawn. Participants are encouraged to bring music makers and signs.
A second rally in Portage County is planned from 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 18 at the downtown Kent gazebo, amidst Rainbow Weekend activities. Participants in the Kent rally are urged to register in advance.
