The Jacksonville Jaguars dropped a few spots in ESPN’s Week 7 power rankings.
Jacksonville is coming off a 20-12 loss to the Seattle Seahawks and now sit at 4-2 on the season.
After coming in at No. 12 a week ago, the Jaguars are now No. 15.
The Jaguars’ struggles in this past week’s game started in the trenches. There wasn’t enough pressure on quarterback Sam Darnold, while Trevor Lawrence was under constant duress.
In addition to that, too many self-inflicted mistakes proved to be far too much for the Jaguars to overcome.
“We beat ourselves more than anything and we just need to hone in on details,” Travis Hunter said, via Jaguars.com
Brian Thomas would add, “Every time we’d get a good play or get a drive started, I feel like we would set ourselves back with a penalty or something.
Up next for the Jaguars is a matchup with the LA Rams in London, who come in at No. 7 in ESPN’s rankings.
Along with ESPN, let’s take a look at where the Jaguars land in a few other power rankings.
