Organizers estimate about 1,000 people came out for a night of conversation and food at the Oct. 12 Longest Table event, organized by the city of Tallahassee to celebrate its third time being named an All-America City. Tables were lined up along Duval Street from West Jefferson Street to St. Augustine Street. After about a four year hiatus for the event, residents enjoyed complimentary dinner options from Habana’s Boardwalk Cuban Restaurant, Hayward House, JoEllen’s, Luxe Catering and Tastebudz.
