Outhouse Orchards was founded in the late 1800s as a dairy farm, but it was not until the early 1900s that fruit began being farmed as well as the dairy production.
Apple picking at Outhouse Orchards has become a lasting tradition for countless families as they stroll the many rows of trees and picking from a wide variety of the tasty fruit. In addition to apple picking, Outhouse Orchards offers a variety of activities for children and families, from hayrides through the orchards to pumpkin and flower picking.
It’s worth the trip just to enjoy the more than 20-acre hillside with breathtaking views of Northern Westchester.
Generations of the Outhouse family continue to proudly run the family business.
