FSU vs Miami kickoff info, weather, gameday timeline, and everything else you need to know

The Florida State-Miami football rivalry reignites Saturday, Oct. 4, at sold-out Doak Campbell Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on ABC.

Here are some updates for fans heading to the highly-anticipated primetime showdown with ACC and playoff implications.

First, the weather.

The forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with a stray shower possible, with temperatures in the mid-80s leading into kickoff.

The Hurricanes, playing their first road game of the season, have been tabbed a slight 4-point favorite heading into the game.

The Seminoles (3-1) are coming off a double-overtime loss at Virginia, while UM was off last Saturday.

The Hurricanes are facing their fourth in-state school, beating Bethune-Cookman, USF and Florida in their last three games. UM opened the season with a 27-24 win over then-No. 6 Notre Dame.
