Realtor.com sources sales data from real estate deeds, resulting in a few months’ delay in the data. The statistics don’t include homes currently listed for sale and aren’t directly comparable to listings data.

Across Florida, homes sold at a median of $382,267 during May, a slight increase from $380,691 in April. There were 34,344 recorded sales across the state during May, down 19.1% from 42,437 recorded sales in May 2024.
