SPRINGFIELD — Comedian Nate Bargatze announced he will be coming to Springfield in 2026.
Bargatze can claim the highest-earning comedy tour of 2024, according to Billboard. He is known for his “clean jokes and witty observations,” one USA Today report noted.
The comedian’s “Big Dumb Eyes” tour spans 62 dates in the U.S. and Canada.

When is the comedian coming to Springfield?
Bargatze will perform at the BOS Center on Friday, Feb. 20.
If you can’t make that show, there are other options in the region. On Thursday, Feb. 19, he will perform in Rockford, at the BMO Center. Bargatze will perform in Columbia, Missouri on Saturday, Feb. 21.
In the mood for some laughs sooner?
The comedian also has dates set for Chicago this October. Bargatze is set to take the stage at the United Center on Thursday, Oct. 23 and Friday, Oct. 24.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets go on sale Sept. 5 with a presale beginning Sept. 4 with the code “EYES.”
What else to know?
Bargatze told USA Today that he may be wrapping up his stand up career in “roughly five years” while he focuses on other creative endeavors.
The comedy tour shares the name as his new book, a collection of essays called “Big Dumb Eyes: Stories from a Simpler Mind.”
