PEKIN — Pekin City Hall announced Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 2, it is experiencing technical issues with the phone lines and most lines are down until further notice.
Pekin city manager John Dossey said city staff will notify the public when services are restored. He provided a list of temporary numbers that residents and visitors can call while the issues are being addressed:

Citizens also can utilize the TextMyGov service at (309) 473-8377 to report any issues, according to a social media post from the city.
