If you’ve driven past a Cracker Barrel lately and thought something looked a little different, you’re not imagining things. As of August 19th, the iconic Southern chain officially said goodbye to its classic logo—the one with the bearded man lounging against a barrel—for the first time in 48 years. For longtime fans, it felt like bidding farewell to an old friend. Some conservatives like Byron Donalds have gone as far as calling Cracker Barrel’s rebrand ‘woke’, and asking to ‘Make Cracker Barrel Great Again’.
However, while everyone’s been buzzing about the logo, you might’ve missed the main reason the Southern chain is loved in the first place. Cracker Barrel unveiled its fall seasonal menu, featuring a curated selection of comforting fall-inspired dishes and classic favorites.
“We believe in the goodness of country hospitality, a spirit that has always defined us,” Cracker Barrel chief marketing officer Sarah Moore said. “Our story hasn’t changed. Our values haven’t changed. With ‘All the More,’ we’re honoring our legacy while bringing fresh energy, thoughtful craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality to our guests this fall.”
So yes, the barrel man may be gone—but the ‘All the More’ campaign is also bringing more options for customers this fall. Here’s what’s cookin’ on the new fall menu, in case you missed it.
