Thomas Worthington-Newark Jamboree game Thursday aiding the Lions Club

NEWARK ― The Newark Lions Club is sponsoring the Newark football team’s Ohio High School Athletic Association Jamboree game at White Field on Aug. 14.

The Wildcats are hosting Thomas Worthington at 7 p.m. in the final scrimmage before the season starts Aug. 22.

Tickets cost $5, and proceeds go to the Newark Lions Club’s charitable causes.
