Soon enough, Section V’s girls soccer players will toss aside their summer sandals for cleats and return to the pitch, to begin the grind of another season.
As we wrap up the dog days of summer, it’s never too early to guess will star player will be the region’s best this fall.
The list of nominees is based on returning All-Greater Rochester, all-state and all-county selections from 2024, and includes players on teams projected to compete in Class AAA, Class AA and Class A.
The poll will remain open through 8 p.m. Aug. 17 and you can vote more than once. The winner will be announced on Aug. 19.
