The Brewers are coming off a 4-2 victory the Pittsburgh Pirates that featured the highly anticipated pitching duel between young flamethrowers Jacob Misiorowski of the Brewers and Paul Skenes of the Pirates.
Milwaukee (45-36) sits three games behind the first-place Chicago Cubs in the Central but has a good chance to make up some ground against the Rockies, who have the worst record in the majors at 18-63 and are on pace for the worst record in major-league history.
