“All hazards appear possible,” the weather service noted in a briefing, “including damaging wind gusts, a few tornadoes and large hail.”
Is severe weather a sure thing?
No. The weather service notes that the forecast instability levels are “very high” but the amount of wind shear to support organized severe thunderstorms “remains a question.”
