The Aaron Glenn era is set to begin with the New York Jets.
It looks like Quincy Williams will be ready for it.
The Jets signed fellow linebacker Jamien Sherwood to an extension this offseason. It remains to be seen where Williams fits in Glenn’s defense.
To show he’s preparing for it, Williams posted video of himself to social media recently and he’s looking in great shape and ready to go.
