Operation Transformation is looking to bring a ray of light to the community.
By projecting a few words of encouragement each week, Executive Director Tom Seppo hopes to keep people praying.
In this first video, Tom reads Isaiah 41:10.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
