Mackenzie graduated from Port Huron Northern in 2015 and went on to The University of Oklahoma to pursue her passion for pole vaulting, graduating from the Univesity of Oklahoma in 2019. She has also received two achievement awards from the Port Huron Sports Hall of Fame.Mackenzie shares the dedication and training it takes to become a professional pole vaulter, and why she decided to attend the University of Oklahoma.
