Fortnite is dropping Chapter 4, “Fortnite OG”, on November 3rd. Epic Games is going to be taking its players back in time to the original Chapter One. Whether this is going to be a good thing or bad thing- will be determined within the next 24 hours.
This is gonna be a real nostalgic moment for long-time players who have seen all the changes. Most of the information about the season is being kept secret by Epic Games, but they did give us a teaser trailer that looks interesting. Somewhat short, but sweet, and it makes you want more. November 3rd, at 3:00 am ET the final trailer will come out, if you’re an og on Fort you know the Tilted Towers were destroyed by a volcano in 2019. But good news, Tilted Towers is back. Bad news, there are rumors to not only remove zero build but also keep the consistent number of bots the same as before. In my opinion, the zero build keeps the game somewhat more playable because the try-hards can’t build an entire city after one shoot. Just keeping the zero-build mode available would be amazing. As for the bots, they’re way too easy to kill and they fill most of the lobby. Tilted towers, Limiting the bots, and keeping zero build would make this the best chapter yet. Fortnite OG is also bringing back some old weapons. The legendary pump shotgun and the hand cannon had already been confirmed to be definitely coming back. But, feelings of nostalgia don’t end with the map and weapons. Skins from the original Fortnite Chapter 1 are making a return as well. Players can look forward to seeing Lil’ Split, Renegade Lynx, Omegarok, and Spectra Knight. I’m sure the map will probably be changed, and Epic Games might make some changes in the middle of the season to keep people invested. The gameplay will probably stay the same, with sprinting and mantling as the only ways to move. As for zero build? We can only pray stays.
Season 5 of Fortnite OG Chapter 4 looks like it will be a great mix of nostalgia and excitement, honoring the game’s history while keeping things exciting and interesting. This season will stand out because Tilted Towers is back, old weapons are back, and skins you know will be added. Mark your calendars for November 3rd!
