Wisconsin updated 2026-27 lineup, rotation with transfer Eian Elmer

Trey Autry, Victory Onuetu, and Eian Elmer have all joined the Wisconsin Badgers men’s basketball team.

All three have transferred within the last two days as head coach Greg Gard seems to have finalized this team’s starting lineup.

Onuetu, even with impressive numbers at Hofstra last season, was always going to be more of a bench piece. He wasn’t projected to start, but Wisconsin found its guy at Miami (OH).

Elmer will immediately slot into the starting lineup not just due to his tremendous three-point percentage (41.3% in his three-year career) but also due to what he’s capable of on defense.

Gard went out and got a proven, experienced wing who fits perfectly into this team’s identity. Not only can he be a game-changing sharpshooter from distance, but he stands 6-foot-6 and is everything this team was looking for.
