PLOVER – Olive Garden is on track to open in Plover.
The village’s Plan Commission approved site plans as well as civil and architectural plans at its Dec. 15 meeting. Those plans call for a 6,570-square-foot Olive Garden to be built on 2.13 acres of currently vacant land owned by the Village of Plover, said Adam DeKleyn, Plover’s community development manager.

At the Dec. 17 Village Board meeting, the board approved the purchase and sale agreement to sell the land ahead of development, DeKleyn said.
According to village documents, applications came in earlier in December for the proposed Olive Garden to be built at 1143 Commons Circle, near the Dollar Tree and Best Buy, along Interstate 39.
As of Dec. 23, construction is still on track to start in the spring of 2026.
“Olive Garden will be an exciting addition to Crossroads Commons, bringing a popular new dining option to the Plover area,” DeKleyn said.
