Fox Valley Meal Prep is expanding with a second location coming soon to Menasha.
The new grab-and-go shop will be at 1760 S. Appleton Road, just a few doors down from the recently opened VASA Fitness. News of the future spot was first announced on Fox Valley Meal Prep’s Facebook page on July 17.
The business sells ready-to-eat meals, offering balanced options tailored to specific dietary needs and lifestyles with the goal of eliminating the hassle of cooking and meal prepping. Owner Destiny Antuna told the Appleton Post-Crescent they’re aiming to have the same hours as VASA Fitness and will carry supplements, snacks and a cooler with their premade reheat meals.
Antuna started Fox Valley Meal Prep in Kaukauna in 2022 and relocated from Little Chute to 107 E. Second St. in Kaukauna in August 2025. According to an Aug. 1 post, an opening date for the new location will be announced soon.
