ST. CLOUD – A house fire Sunday afternoon, May 31, in St. Cloud left one dog dead and caused significant damage to a home on Main Street, according to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities believe the fire started near the stove, though the exact cause remains under investigation.
No civilians or first responders were injured. The home sustained heavy smoke and water damage.
