Packers fence painting will begin early this year, when the fence at 1267 Shadow Lane in Green Bay gets its new look on Aug. 7.
Artist Zane Statz of ZAS Designs will once again have a paint-by-numbers mural on the 70-foot fence and invite community members to stop and pick up a brush. Signup is not required.
Fence painting will be from noon to 6 p.m. Aug. 7 on the Lombardi Avenue side of the property, directly north of Lambeau Field.
Packers Family Night, a full team practice in Lambeau Field under game-like conditions, is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Aug. 7. The stadium will open at 5:30 p.m.
Family Fest will be from 3-6:30 p.m. at Titletown, immediately west of Lambeau Field.
The 1267 Shadow Lane property is owned by Dennis Jr. and Pamela Klumb. Gruber Law Offices of Milwaukee is this season’s fence sponsor.
Statz began painting Packers fences in 2014. He frequently uses the paint-by-numbers process so community members can participate, but painted the fence before the 2025 NFL Draft himself because of the more intricate design. This is the earliest the fence will be painted before a football season.
