OSHKOSH − An Oshkosh man who authorities considered to be armed and dangerous has turned himself in.
Jay’vion Stark, 18, went to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding felony warrant after police said they wanted to speak with him in connection to a weapon disturbance on Titan Court July 16.
Oshkosh police said officers were sent to the 1200 block of Titan Court about 1:49 a.m. July 16 following a report that someone may have fired a round into the air.
No injuries were reported from the gunfire, police said.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities said no further details would be released.
