A new bar has arrived downtown Appleton as Bunnies on the Ave opens for business on July 3.
The business, 425 W. College Ave., was formerly home to Speakeasy Ultra Lounge, which closed in late December after 15 years of business. Former owner Theodore Seuss sold the building early this year to Luis Santiago, who owns and runs the new nightclub.
According to a post on the business’s Facebook page, the nightclub will hold a soft opening party on July 3 starting at 7 p.m. The post invites people to come be the first to experience the bar before the official grand opening.
