As crews in Menasha continue cleanup efforts, the city has made some changes in communication and community resources.
Here’s what to know:
Information boards set up across community
Neighborhood recovery information boards have been set up throughout the affected area. Boards will be updated with any changes.
Boards are up at Hart Park, Jefferson Elementary School, Memorial Building, and the east end of Nicolet Boulevard.
Boys and Girls Club reopens for youth programming
The Menasha Boys and Girls Club reopens for youth programming Aug. 10, no longer serving as a community relief site. Individuals needing hygiene products may contact the Home Base team at 920-750-5822. The team is available for drop ins and pickups 8 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 5 p.m. weekdays.
All youth, ages 6 to 18, may attend the Boys and Girls Club of Neenah, Menasha or Appleton at no cost, Aug. 10 through 20. Club hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Membership is not required.
Youth also will be served breakfast and lunch at each of the sites at no cost.
Storm damage viewer now available
A new storm damage viewer has been released that shows the impact of the Appleton-Menasha tornado on July 27.
The viewer includes drone footage provided by local counties, municipalities and the regional planning commission. It was created by Winnebago County GIS, with assistance from the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and the Village of Fox Crossing.

Curfew, burn ban remain in place
The curfew remains in effect for the city, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., to allow crews to work safely. It does not apply to those traveling to or from work.
The burn ban also remains in effect for the City of Menasha, the City of Neenah, and the Village of Fox Crossing. Residents must not burn any brush, leaves, household garbage or other storm debris during recovery efforts.
