The fair is back!
Manitowoc County Fair runs Aug. 20-24 at the Expo grounds, 4921 Expo Drive. Gates will open at 8 a.m. each day.
This year’s theme is “Let’s Rock N’ Roll” and colors are pink, black and royal blue.
Rainbow Valley Amusements will be the carnival ride vendor. Entertainment will include unlimited carnival rides, the Sea Lion Show, AG Adventureland, pony rides, music, a Woman’s Day Event and more.

What does admission cost?
General daily admission is $15 for ages 4-59 and includes unlimited carnival rides, grandstand shows, music, entertainment, the Sea Lion Show, Lew-E’s Comedy Circus, pony rides, AG Adventureland, parking and more.
Kids 3 and younger are admitted free, although rides are not included.
Seniors ages 60 and older and military veterans can gain admission for $6 with a valid ID, although carnival rides are not included.
A season pass can be purchased for $40 but does not include carnival rides.

When is the Manitowoc County Fairest of the Fair Contest?
The Manitowoc County Fairest of the Fair Contest is at 5 p.m. Saturday in the Ice Center.
When is the Exhibition Building and Youth Art Exhibit open?
The Exhibition Building and Youth Art Exhibit is open 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
When is the Merchants Building open?
The Merchants Building is open 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
When is the AG Adventureland Tent open?
The AG Adventureland Tent is open noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
When is the Clipper City Model Railroad open?
The Clipper City Model Railroad is open 3-7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
