MANITOWOC – The rescheduled Lakeshore Holiday Parade has been canceled. The parade was rescheduled for Dec. 10 after an earlier cancellation Nov. 26 — but more winter weather led to the parade being canceled again, and this time organizers said it will not be rescheduled again.
