A Green Bay man was arrested in Washington County after fleeing police on Interstate 41 April 25, the Germantown Police Department said.
Around 1:30 a.m. April 25, the Germantown Police Department said an officer tried to stop a vehicle on I-41 for an equipment violation but the vehicle drove off. A pursuit reached over 100 mph and continued for nearly 30 miles into Washington County.
The vehicle went off the highway and didn’t follow traffic control posts, the police department said.
Two men in the vehicle continued to flee on foot after police were able to stop the vehicle with spike strips. Police found the two 21-year-old men and took them into custody. One man was from Green Bay and the other was from Milwaukee.
The Green Bay man faces a misdemeanor for resisting or obstructing an officer, court records show.
