HOBART – Former Green Bay Packers passing game coordinator Derrick Ainsley listed his house at 4194 Blackberry Ridge Drive for $1.1 million.
Ainsley now is defensive backs coach and defensive pass game coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys. He is one of a number of Packers coaches who moved to other teams after the 2025 season.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom house was built in 2023. It is 3,800-square-feet on one acre not far from Thornberry Creek at Oneida golf course. It includes an open-concept design with vaulted ceilings, a designer kitchen, a spa-inspired bath in the main bedroom, walk-in shower, main-floor office and entertainment area. It has a three-car garage and black and white exterior.
Ainsley bought the house for $969,900 in May 2024.
