A popular Green Bay bar and restaurant has been sold and rebranded.
Crown & Commons, 1139 Main St., is now known as Studio 112, according to a Facebook post by Eddie Boyce, the new owner.
Boyce, who also owns Angelina’s restaurant in downtown Green Bay, received approval for a Class B beer license and a Class B liquor license on May 5.
In the post, Boyce said he purchased the bar a couple of months ago and has been making changes slowly. He said he was excited about playing great music, like R&B and jazz, and having a “great place for people to gather, laugh and make memories.”
The menu will remain small, he wrote, with pizza still being made from scratch; there will also be wings, cheese curds, and fries.
Boyce said there will be security checks at the door and a dress code will be enforced.
For more information, follow the bar’s Facebook page. Hours are 4-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 4 p.m.-2 a.m. Friday and Saturday and 2-8 p.m. Sunday.
