MANITOWOC – Bank First, with headquarters in Manitowoc, has announced three employee promotions: Brenda Haese to vice president of human resources, Alyssa Pethan to mortgage loan officer and Abby Krause to finance officer.
Brenda Haese promoted to VP of human resources
Haese, who joined Bank First in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of HR experience, will align people strategy with organizational goals and lead talent development and recruitment. “Brenda is a strong leader who understands recruitment and talent development,” said Sharol Schroeder, senior vice president of human resources.
Alyssa Pethan named mortgage loan officer
Pethan, who joined the bank in 2020, will help borrowers compare mortgage options and connect with partners including Realtors and builders. “Alyssa goes above and beyond for our customers and builds strong community relationships,” said Kathryn Schmitz, vice president – retail market manager.
Abby Krause promoted to finance officer
Krause, a Bank First employee since 2015, will manage daily finance operations including accounts payable and financial reporting and compliance. “Abby delivers consistent results and is always willing to step up and take on more responsibility,” said Greg Berken, senior vice president – finance.
The company said the promotions support continued growth and service for employees, customers and local communities.
