ZURICH, June 4 (Reuters) – Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of the U.S. president and a senior executive of the Trump family business, extolled the virtues of cryptocurrencies and expressed views on the conflict in Iran at a forum in Zurich on Thursday.
Trump Jr., whose family has expanded from real estate to cryptocurrencies in recent years, pushed for the uptake of blockchain and AI, describing their melding as a “game changer”.
The son of President Donald Trump also weighed in on the conflict between the United States and Iran, saying he believed his father would secure a deal with Tehran.Â
“I think it will get done. How that happens, I’m not involved,” said Trump Jr..
The gathering, attended by about 75 guests and a Reuters journalist, was arranged by Davos Lodge, which organised a similar closed-door event earlier this year during the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, where another of Donald Trump’s sons, Eric Trump, was seen speaking with Somaliland president Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi.Â
