The Dallas Cowboys head into the 2026 NFL draft with two first-round picks and much speculation about whether they will stay at No. 12 and 20, trade up, trade down, or both.

Teams have seven minutes on the clock for the second round, five minutes for rounds 3-6 and four minutes in round 7.
