A month and a half into the 2025 Texas high school football season, the Lone Star State’s top teams and players have started to reveal themselves on the field.
The Big Country and Abilene area’s top high school football teams have started separating themselves from the competition and cemented themselves as legitimate UIL state championship contenders.
With district action beginning to ramp up statewide, it’s time to examine where every local Abilene-area team sits in their respective district standings.
