With the 2025-26 high school sports season ongoing, the El Paso Times will give readers a chance to vote to identify El Paso’s top athletes.
This week, readers voted for which El Paso Times’ El Paso Children’s Hospital high school male athlete had the best performance in football and cross country.
Pedro Chavez of the Cathedral football team won with 46.23 percent, followed by Josiah Nunez of Del Valle with 45.7 percent.
