A person cycling nearby came across a female next to the train tracks, and she appeared to be deceased, police said. He called 911 to report finding the body.

Officers arrived to find an unresponsive female laying by the side of the train tracks, police said. A justice of the peace pronounced her deceased at the scene. She is unidentified pending next of kin notification.

Her body will be transported to a medical examiner’s office for autopsy as the active death investigation continues, police said.
