The 2025-26 girls high school basketball season was another year filled with excellent individual and team performances from around the West Texas, Concho Valley and San Angelo areas.
Blackwell, Coahoma, Garden City, Goldthwaite, Harper, Irion County, Mason, Ozona and Robert Lee all made trips to the third round of the playoffs this year. Mason and Wall both made it to the state title game in San Antonio, and it was the Lady Hawks who nabbed their third state championship in program history.

The conclusion of another basketball season means another All-West Texas girls high school basketball team from the San Angelo Standard-Times.
Like the football team, the All-West Texas girls basketball team will include superlatives, three teams and an honorable mentions section.
Just as in previous years, the teams will include the best players from Class 6A to 1A in the West Texas, Concho Valley and San Angelo areas.
