The San Angelo Rodeo — and everything that comes with it — is back in town starting April 3.
From food and fun at the carnival to live music at the Buffalo Social Club, there’s plenty of entertainment that accompanies one of the nation’s 10 biggest rodeos happening at the CRC Roofers Coliseum, 50 E. 43rd St.
Here’s a breakdown of everything you need to know about the 2026 San Angelo Rodeo and its festivities for April 3-19.
When are the San Angelo Rodeo performances?
When and where is the San Angelo Rodeo parade?
The San Angelo Rodeo parade is held the first Saturday the rodeo begins, falling on April 4 this year. The parade is held in downtown San Angelo and features riding clubs, antique tractors, wagons, marching bands and floats. The parade will start at 10 a.m.
Due to ongoing construction downtown, the parade route has been temporarily adjusted, the rodeo website stated.
The parade route will begin at Irving and Concho Street, proceed East to Oakes, turn left on Oakes to Twohig, turn left on Twohig, proceed to Chadbourne, turn right on Chadbourne and proceed to Beauregard, turn left on Beauregard, proceed to Randolph, turn left on Randolph, proceed to River Drive and dismiss.
When is the carnival open?
The carnival will kick off April 3 and run through April 19 with rides and food.
Monday-Friday: 5-11 p.m.
Saturday: noon-midnight
Sunday: noon-10 p.m.
Admission to fairgrounds
Admission is free with rodeo ticket or Unlimited Ride Armband Carnival Super Pass.

How much does the carnival cost?
An all-you-can-ride Carnival Super Pass is $155 for the duration of the carnival. This includes free admission to the fairgrounds at no additional charge. The pass can be bought online at the rodeo’s website.
There are also daily wristbands available starting at $25.

The live music lineup has been announced for the 2026 San Angelo Rodeo at the Buffalo Social Club — better known as the Beer Barn.
