Get ready for live music, Irish food, green beer and more at several St. Patrick’s Day events in Corpus Christi.
The lucky holiday is on March 17, but some festivals will be held at different times. Here are some happenings to check out:
Almost St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl

Flanagan’s Downtown will hold its Almost St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl from 4 to 9:30 p.m. on March 14.
Wear green, bring your friends and celebrate early with games, contests, prizes and plenty of green beer at the self-guided downtown pub crawl.
Guests must be 21 or older to participate at the ticketed event. Tickets cost $19.32 to $23.93.

St. Paddy’s Day Festival

After taking a year off, Cassidy’s Irish Pub is bringing back its St. Paddy’s Day Festival to downtown Corpus Christi.
The two-day event will take place the weekend before the holiday on March 14 and 15.
Attendees can expect days full of 12 bands, Irish dancing, 12 food trucks, more than 30 local vendors, a kids zone and more.

St. Patrick School Shamrock Shuffle 5K Run/Walk, 1K Leprechaun Chase Race

Join St. Patrick Catholic School in Corpus Christi as it holds its ninth annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K Run/Walk and 1K Leprechaun Chase Race at the Cole Park Amphitheater on March 14.
The 1K, where children can chase a leprechaun to a pot of gold, will start at 7:30 a.m. The 5K will start 30 minutes later.
Registration costs $15 to $35 for participants.

St. Patrick’s Day Festival

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the family at Brewster Street Icehouse in downtown Corpus Christi from 3 to 8 p.m. on March 17.
The free festival will include face-painting, green beer and $5 kids meals. Those who show up wearing green will receive a free cookie.
