Doors will open to customers at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9.

The first Freddy’s opened at 1860 N. Zaragoza Road in late 2020, followed by a second location at 6450 N. Desert Blvd., Building K, in 2021.

A fourth restaurant is under construction at 6520 Montana Ave. and is expected to open in October.

“As we expand, our focus remains on quality food and genuine hospitality,” said Brian Pyle, franchise owner in a press release. “We’ve truly enjoyed getting to know guests at our locations in El Paso by serving fantastic food and custard, and supporting community activities for local schools and other nonprofit organizations,” said Pyle. “We take pride in being a part of the community and being a good neighbor to the residents and businesses in the area, and are excited to start serving the southeast part of town.”

Freddy’s is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers made with lean, 100% ground beef, all-beef hot dogs, shoestring fries and frozen custard.

The 3,055-square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 78 guests, features additional seating on the patio, and offers drive-thru service. Mobile ordering through the Freddy’s app and website will also be available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday.

The Freddy’s franchise, founded in Wichita, Kansas, in 2002, has more than 550 locations across the United States and Canada.
