Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the 40-day Lenten season in the Christian calendar, is Feb. 18.
Several churches in Corpus Christi will offer religious services in observance of the holy day, including three holding drive-thru “ashes to go,” where people can remain in their vehicles and receive ashes.
