ZANESVILLE – The Zanesville Police Department confirmed that previously missing 16-year-old Javaughn Wheeler has been located and is safe.
Javaughn returned home during the afternoon of July 8, stated ZPD Detective Sergeant Phil Michel on July 9.
Javaughn was reported missing around 8:41 a.m. July 8 after leaving his Somers Street residence during the evening of July 6.
