If there’s one thing “Love Is Blind” season 10 cast member Amber Morrison made clear from the start, it’s that her daughter comes first.
The 34-year-old nurse practitioner from Mount Vernon introduced herself on the Netflix dating series as a devoted mother who wouldn’t compromise when it comes to family − even in the experiment’s search for love.
If you think that priority was only for television, a look at Morrison’s life off the show suggests otherwise. Here’s what to know about her.
Morrison got engaged early in the pods to 34-year-old account executive Jordan Faeth. The two seemed to pair off well after seeing each other for the first time and enjoying their vacation in Cabo, Mexico.
Though some online speculation questions whether or not they’re still a couple after getting married on the show, Morrison and Faeth will address the status of their relationship in the March 11 reunion episode airing at 9 p.m.
Who is Amber Morrison?
Outside of reality TV, Morrison works in health care.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she has worked since 2021 as a primary care provider in family medicine at the Health and Wellness Center affiliated with Knox Community Hospital.
Morrison graduated from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2021 with a master’s degree in nursing and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She previously earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and an associate degree in registered nursing from Central Ohio Technical College.
The Centerburg Health & Wellness Center was featured on NBC4 in 2024.
Her daughter plays a major role in her life
Throughout the show, Morrison emphasized that her daughter, Emma, is her top priority.
During her introduction on the show, Morrison joked that she wouldn’t give up “her daughter or her side of the bed” while looking for a partner.
Her social media reflects that. Morrison’s first Instagram post from 2017 shows her pregnant with Emma, who is now 9 years old. Many of her posts feature the two together, alongside photos of Morrison’s travels to places like Italy and Spain.
She currently has more than 120,000 followers on Instagram.
Likely, the most surprising fact about Morrison is that her hair used to be red.
Her relationship with Jordan
Tension between Morrison and Faeth was a result of Morrison overhearing Faeth telling other cast members that meeting her daughter felt “a little scary.” The comment upset Morrison, who reminded him he could leave the relationship if he wasn’t ready to become a father.
The two stopped speaking for more than a day – marking their first major on-camera fight as a couple which raised questions about their future together.
Faeth had previously told producers during the casting process that children were a dealbreaker for him.
