All northbound lanes on Interstate 75 near downtown Cincinnati at the split are closed due to a crash, according to Cincinnati police.
A semi crash is blocking all northbound lanes on the highway past the Ninth Street on-ramp.
No injuries have been reported, police said.
Oil and gas have spilled onto the roadway.
Police ask motorists to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
